NAMFREL 2004 Operations

I would like to thank and honor the NAMFREL volunteers in Davao City last May 2004 for their courage, hard work, professionalism and dedicated service for the country. Far more than just a citizen's quick count, the operation was a success due to the outpouring of citizenry's desire to have a fair and honest elections.
